East African Shea Butter is absolute perfection! It is not the same as Ivory or Yellow shea butter from West Africa. The texture is soft, creamy, and smooth. The butter has a pleasantly mild but sweet aroma that is sure to please. This is a for sure winner in bath and body products. The smooth texture can be maintained without the addition of a carrier oil. Whipping this beauty is not necessary, but it will also whip up beautifully for whipped body butters. 

 

Great to use alone or as an ingredient for Skincare and Hair care recipes.

I'm in love....

I have always used West African Shea Butter but decided to give this a try since I have been hearing about it creamy goodness for years. I'm a goner...have to keep it refrigerated since I live in the tropics but no regrets. I love it so much I plan to offer it to my clients as well. Great product. The scent is also much milder than the West African Shea Butter which is a plus.
