Looks Like Dark Chocolate, Smells Like Peanut Butter!

I tried this for the first time in the Brazilian Butter Sampler and loved it so much that I had to buy a larger size asap. To my amazement, this batch was even better than what was in the sampler. This one, while still earthy, smells more like peanut butter and looks just like dark chocolate! It was also softer in texture. Felt AMAZING on my skin, so nourishing. I'm obsessed!

WOW!

3CayG offers so many wonderful and unique body butters, and of them I think their Bacuri butter is the most underrated of the bunch. The smell might be off-putting to some because it's very strong, but it's nothing that bad, it reminded me of super bitter dark chocolate with hints of wet earth, dirt, and roots. In its firm state it's kind of crumbly, but once it melts it looks like espresso and molasses. I went on to use it in my hair growth oil and was intrigued at how it turned my oil into a thick, rich, and creamy hair serum! And it absorbs SO QUICKLY. Despite its greasiness, it is somehow not greasy. Be warned that this butter can stain on clothes and may not be best for lighter skin tones or people who have blonde or red hair, but this butter from Brazil is oh so lovely and oh so worth it. Both my skin and scalp love it. Totally worth purchasing if you're interested in a more exotic butter.
